At Aqualux Pools, we aim to provide exceptional pool maintenance and service experiences across the Windsor-Essex region. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for services booked through our website [www.aqualuxpools.ca] or directly through our business.

1. Service-Based Nature of Business

As a pool service provider, our work is customized and scheduled based on each client's individual needs. Because of this, our refund policy is designed to reflect the cost of time, labor, and any preparatory work completed prior to service delivery.

2. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

• Cancellations with 24–48 hours notice before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as time and resources have already been committed.

3. Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment.

• We may offer a re-service or partial refund, depending on the nature of the concern and our evaluation of the issue.

• Refunds will not be issued for issues unrelated to service performance (e.g., existing water quality problems, lack of ongoing maintenance, customer miscommunication, or customer wrongdoing).

4. Non-Refundable Costs

The following are non-refundable under any circumstance:

• Costs of pool chemicals or replacement parts once delivered or used

• Deposits on custom-ordered materials

• Seasonal package deposits after the work has commenced

• Emergency service fees or special scheduling charges
